Manufactured from high quality polished stainless steel featuring large, easy to grasp side and lid handles, and a perforated lift out drainer insert, which also features a handle for easy lifting out of the pan. The insert drainer plate is also extremely high quality, so no matter how heavy the fish, it won’t twist or buckle.
Suitable for use on most stove tops including induction, the poacher has an encapsulated base so liquid boils evenly across the base, cooking the fish consistently throughout. What’s more, simply add white wine, cream or herbs and spices to any remaining liquid in the pan to create an instant fish sauce. The design also incorporates handles which instead of being riveted are welded at multiple points ensuring they are extremely durable and secure during the life of the pan. Of course, the poacher is also easy to clean with the removable sections and dishwasher safe.
