The tart pan measures 36 x 13 cm (14” x 5”), with a depth of 2.5 cm (1”). This long rectangular shape makes it ideal for making quiches or tarts to slice and serve as finger-sized portions. Consistency is vital in baking, and with its 1 mm-thick commercial-grade construction, this flan / quiche tin consistently provides premium baking performance. It's incredibly strong, and, if properly cared for, will last for years.

What’s more, it’s been through special processes to reduce flaking and corrosion. This makes it ideal for regular baking – whether you're baking a quiche lorraine for dinner with the family, or a chocolate and raspberry tart to impress at a dinner party.

The flan tin is finished with a double layer of non-stick Quantum II coating. This high performance non-stick material releases food with ease, so you can simply push your bake up and out from the pan with its loose base. There's no need to worry about ruining its beautifully fluted edges or corners.

The pan's surface has been sandblasted to help the Quantum II material adhere more effectively. It's designed to outlast all conventional non-stick coatings.
