This roasting pan is manufactured from 1 mm-thick commercial grade carbon steel for maximum strength and durability. This heavyweight construction stops it from warping or buckling in the oven or under the grill.

It's surface has also been electroplated and its edges rolled, to prevent corrosion. And last but not least, it’s been through a special sandblasting process, to help secure its Quantum II non-stick finish.
