The dark brown strip around the lip really draws the eye to the center of the plate and gives depth to any dish. Made from a durable, non-porous vitrified ceramic, this 27 cm (10.6 ") dinner plate is stain, odor and scratch-resistant. The smooth and glossy commercial-friendly glaze is also impervious to water absorption in hot commercial dishwashers up to 70°C for a minimum of 300 cycles. Plus, it's oven, microwave and freezer safe. Perfect for amplifying the natural color of fresh ingredients - reds, yellows, greens and blues really stand out against the grey.
